This policy explains how EK Kripa Foundation handles information shared by donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, partners, and website visitors.
EK Kripa Foundation may collect your name, phone number, email address, donation details, messages, volunteer interest, and any information you choose to share with us through forms, calls, email, WhatsApp, or direct communication.
We use this information to respond to your queries, coordinate donations and volunteer support, acknowledge contributions, maintain internal records, share updates about our work, and comply with applicable legal or accounting requirements.
When donations are made by bank transfer, we may request a transaction screenshot or reference number only to verify and acknowledge the donation. We do not ask for sensitive banking passwords, OTPs, card PINs, or net banking credentials.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted team members, service providers, auditors, legal advisers, or authorities when required for foundation operations, compliance, or lawful requests.
We take reasonable care to protect personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we handle supporter information with responsibility and limited access.
