Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are handled for donations made to EK Kripa Foundation.

Donation refunds

Donations made to EK Kripa Foundation are generally treated as final because funds may be allocated quickly toward medical care, food seva, Gau Seva, education support, or other urgent charitable work.

Duplicate or mistaken transfer

If a donation was made twice by mistake, entered with an incorrect amount, or transferred in error, please contact us as soon as possible with the transaction reference, date, donor name, phone number, and bank transfer proof.

Review process

Refund requests will be reviewed by the foundation team. Approval depends on verification of the transaction and whether the amount has already been committed or used for charitable activities.

Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original donor bank account where possible. Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the banking channel and verification requirements.

No cash refunds

For safety and record keeping, refunds are not issued in cash. The foundation may request additional details to confirm donor identity before processing any approved refund.
